My fast shipping times is what I pride myself the most on! Typically, my turnaround time is at most 48 hours, but more often than not, your stamp will ship less than 24 hours from then!

My team and I are working hard to ensure you get your order on time. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, so in order to adhere to Etsy's ship-on-time expectations we currently are not offering proofs. I requested expedited shipping up front for a client closing gift (for first time homebuyers). They couldn’t do it even though the date I needed was within the range of time sent. Response was slow bc they have auto messages saying the holidays are busy. So, I accepted it was not arriving on time for my client, and planned to give the gift a little late, but it never arrived. I had ordered two address stamps for my clients. The tracking said it arrived in Jacksonville for 3 weeks, but I live in Orlando. They kept sending me tracking links when I asked about it, but none of them got me to a person to track my package down & correct it. It was “in process”. Weeks went by & I understand they cannot control the mail, but had to purchase another gift so tried to request a refund but they will not. Only sending replacement.
